New Patcher Error

My desktop is having problems with the new patcher. It downloads the new patcher but when double-clicked the new patcher doesnt open, the computer just sits and thinks. I have zero technical knowledge on computers. We tried restarting and running as admin.

im having the same problem installed new update run patcher and it wont load get this error or it just sits there trying to load

I'm also having this issue after downloading the new patcher.

Okay so click browse find your EQ folder and it works again. Since it's a new patcher you have to tell it where the EQ directory is again this fixed my issues.

Also make sure you state what OS you are using. Could be an OS bug.

I had to get a new patcher...take old one off...redirect it to my eq folder and change compatible from 10 to win 7 and it worked for me

This was my PC. I ended up removing all the patchers from the computer, downloading again straight from the official page, then I had to re-patch all 3x. Not sure why the first two times didn't work, but it kept taking me to the old Plane of Fear art/2.0. I run Windows 7.

So, downloading new patcher from website + repatch all = win for me.
