New patcher bug?

So, i was loading up the SoD patcher, got to the login menu, said Error:1001: Could not connect to the Everquest server! Please try again message. so i X'ed out, hit repatch all, and when it got to the end, about 100 shortcuts, (but there not shortcuts, because they don't have the little arrow at the bottom left of the icon), came up on my screen, i dont want to delete them, in fear of messing up SoD, because i dont feel like re-installing it if i break it.

Anyone else had this happen? And is it OK to delete the shortcuts?

Edit: Not sure about the shortcuts. Never had that happen to me before.

I know, but i was wondering what to do with the tiny shortcuts? can i delete them or just put them in the eq file?

open sod patcher > advanced > brrows for eq folder> repatch all> delete everything on ur desktop related to eq except the patcher
