New emote when killing sewer ratlings

I've never seen this before, and I've killed plenty of ratlings. Was getting this tonight after patch on a level 2 enchanter who's never gone near (Terror Lord) Cadrak ... and I doubt she could if she wanted to.

Just made a low level necro, saw the same messages. The update messages refer to a quest line for SK"s, which I was able to turn in and get eh exp for, but receive items only usable by SK's as a reward for.

Kinda surprised me as well. Perhaps this message is only intended for SK's?
