no stats on it.. but it'd still be great for melees that have to fight stuff with damage shields on it, and for classes that cant dispell in duels also..

Dispell didnt work in duels when I tried it in Kerra, even when you /d. Tried it on Mudge and said Your Target is Protected from your blah blah
