That highly depends on what ones you've done. The Halloween guy had an alignment hit, though I'm guessing with the timing of this, that's how you screwed up your faction. Try oggok mines maybe. People do tend to forget about that, or murt in snp.
I screwed it up giving the captured druid to the Blackscale men to boost morale. This shifted me to Chaotic. I am on my way to Oggok mines to try the Keeper Vaj's quest for an alignment adjust. I tried One Eyed Murt, but it did not move me back to Neutral Evil. Any other suggestions if the oggok mines doesnt work?

Did the seekers yet? Also pretty sure you're going to get various hits somewhere in blackscale too. Silver crown was like that, with a few hits for other things (rather than just the main ones, which were lawful). Should do the newport rings quests if you havent as well. There are some hits there. Also in the beginning of the vah quest there are some hits present.
