With many thanks to Manasseh for tracking down the utilities and coming up with the idea for this. I spent some time making a Non-.net patcher this morning. This is a self contained installer, which will put all needed files where they need to be in order for you to run an automated patcher without needing .net installed, or if the .net patcher crashes on you constantly.
I had recently fixed 4 friends patchers using Manasseh's method, so I thought I could just automate it and share it with the community.
Note:
This program assumes that you-
a) have SoD installed in the default location of C:\program files\ever... (can't write out the whole thing, I think you get the jist)
b) don't want to use eqw
When you run the installer, you can point it to your actual SoD directory, if it's different, but be advised that you will need to manually edit the patch.bat file which will be located in your SoD directory's new \patch\ directory.
You can also edit the batch file to use EQW, if you so chose.

I can't imagine this ruining anything, but my imagination isn't as creative as some I suppose. Hopefully, you'll use and love this and sing my praises et al, but if you blow up your SoD, or your Compy, or your Pants, It aint my fault, use it at your own risk blah blah blah
