Ok, some of you might call me a dumbass or something like that, but in going through the tutorials to create an account I run into some problems. Basically, if I read correctly, I am getting the NEW startpage when I start everquest and cannot create a new account (when I click account it redirects me to a sony website). Is there any way around this? Any help would be appreciated.
Btw, I followed the directions as they were written.
One step I seemed to be having trouble with was after I create the shortcut on the desktop it said to type "patchme" after eqgame.exe. If I type in before the last " mark, I get an error if I type it after the last " mark it works, but I cannot create the new account. Thanks in advance for your help.
