i messed up on my Main Character, i was trying to pick pockets in Newport my home city got killed by guards and now every time i log on in Centar Hills by the tower the guards kill me is there anyway to to reset it so they stop killing me?
 
Get someone to kite the guards while you zone in. Once you are safely away from any guards, change your bind spot.

They can zone wihtout hurting their faction after you /cm bind.
