Need some help

Well , I need some help as the topic says.
Looking for the Translocator in Faenarthc woods, and I can't seem to find it. Told it was near the druid spires.. and it was a tree. Well exactly which tree? am I missing something here or am I in the wrong place?
I don't have Planes of power.
And I have come to a conclusion that you have to be a certian level to see it.. ( I am level 23 as of now ) /boggle

THere is a brown looking tree in the dragon ring. Its the only one there. Get close to it and click it

Thats the problem , on my computer . There is no brown tree in the middle of the ring , I've looked all around up and down for it.. and nope I don't see.
