Need some help getting this to work :)

I read alot of threads but seems not to answer what i must do.

I load the patcher it patches. Once game begins to run I get the Eula and it wont let me click mouse disapears when i go over the eula.

I think this has something to do with eqw I dont know how to disable it.

i just want to log in do you need eqw to play dalyia ?

Im not ver technical and been trying for days to get this going on my own. i even installed it on another computer and same problem.

I tried changing one the logs to false instead of true and eqw isnt running but then it takes me to sonys eq not dalyia ..

any advice would be apreciated :) or link me to a thread thats in simple terms to solve my problem :)

If you think it's EQW and want to disable it, do this: When you start the patcher, click on Advanced. You'll see a box there that says "Use EQW". Uncheck that, and it will turn off EQW. Come on back if it doesn't work.
 
Hey thanks now eqw isnt loading i can click eula i get to log in screen and it isnt letting me in i think its going to live now ...

What do i do to ensure it goes to sod ?

Any help would be apreciated
 
Are you clicking on the SoD patcher, rather than EQGame.exe or whatever? I'd start over on the instructions page, perhaps.
 
Yeah im using the sod patcher what files should i erase for it to repatch all needed for sod just in case something is messed up.

ill try erasing the .txt files will that help ?

Also I have the sod patcher on my desktop it still works the same i assume. As it sdoes load the sod patcher
 
sO I ERASED ALL THE .TXT files and repatched and did the non weq option and guess what it worked thanks for helping me:)


3 days later I have a warrior named miscreant now level 6 only :p guess i forgot alot of the game:)

Also I found out Miscreant isnt allowed .. Weird i had that name in eq, eq2, wow, DAOC, Shadowbane,

but here its not allowed :)

I think they should be a tad more lax im not saying LEET dude should be allowed but Miscreant is a role playing name for me but my opinion :p
