Need help with empty server selection screen

Hi, I seem to have downloaded WR just fine and have even played it a few times, but when I recently tried to log on I found that the server selection screen is blank. WR is simply not there.

I am not sure if this is because the server is offline, or if I have some technical problem. Can someone confirm?

Yes this means the server is down.
