in snp in the casino there is a woman crying about losing 2 of her family members(brother/husband or something) the owner of the casino tells you to accept her quest then tell her they are dead so she will quit crying all the time scaring customers away or something.

I am not 100% certain the quest gives alignment hits, but it would make sense given the dialogue options you can pick at the end : Foreman Andrin Quest.
