Need help Char stuck in Death Loop

My Wizard Ziedd Keeps dieing at bind in athica. It keeps saying something about pain and suffering tried to hit you but missed. Be for all this happened i was out in WP soloing and got myself killed and returned to bind point and insta death loop. I read something about a reago bug. I did have reago on my char be for he died.
 
update: I closed out EQW and i tried logging back in. but, now my char is at bind dead and the screen insta freezes
