Necro's AA

i recently was looking at the necro's AA to plan out what to start spending points on, and i saw that a few of the necro's AA's are pretty worthless. i would just like to suggest to change the necro's aoe fear to something along the lines of critical dotting, which would increase the damage per tick by say that of %5/%12.5/%20 damage per level AA if the spell were to critical, or swapping out an archtype to add this so hybrids also gain these benifits and phase out the necro's aoe fear to advance criticals of say 30%/40%/55%

as an example, at max criticals, scitterpox would be dealing 224.75 instead of 145 a tick, for a total damage of 4045.5 instead of 2610, or rounded up to 225 damage a tick for a total damage of 4050, which would remain in line of wizard and mage criticals.

if that is to much, think it would be possible to add the dot tick damage on to possible targets for criticals to affect? so every so often a tick does extra damage?
 
Instead of AoE fear, how about a nice CH style LT? that may be overpowered, as i dont play a necro, but the idea seems cool to me ATM... the way it would work would be to be non resistable(maybe?) and a LT that would do dmg equal to the HP missing from the necro, and heal the necro for that much. of coarse, give it a mega recast timer hehe, and voila, a nice little aa that is, wow, i would sure buy it if i had a necro :eek:
