These two spell lines seems to come up pretty often, maybe they could be tweaked a little?
The two waterbreathing spells for 24 NEC and 49 SHD are:
Spell: Breath Of The Dead
Target Type: Self
Reagents: Fish Scales (1)
Skill: Alteration
Spell: Corpse Breath
Target Type: Self
Reagents: None
Skill: Abjuration
All other variables are identical. As discussed in this thread, Breath Of The Dead should be targetable so that it's not redundant. Not sure why the same spell uses a different skill, but that's not really a problem.
The two AC debuffs for 20 NEC are:
Spell: Shadow Vortex
Duration: 20 tics
Effect: Decrease AC by 30 (L20), scales to a maximum of 40 (L30)
Recourse: Increase AC by 40 (fixed)
Spell: Shadow Creep
Duration: 60 tics
Effect: Decrease AC by 30 (fixed)
Recourse Increase AC by 40 (fixed)
All other variables are identical. Along with the fact that at the level you get them Vortex is the same as Creep but shorter, the main problem is that there is no real distinction between the two. The 2 minute timer on Vortex is too long for a single fight debuff, but too short a recourse for multiple pulls (which is the advantage of Shadow Creep, anyway). I suggest that the duration of Shadow Vortex is decreased to 1 minute, and the debuff and recourse are both upped to a base of 40 and both scale upwards by 10. Although this might put it out of line with the SHM/ENC AC debuffs, those have STR and AGI components which are arguably more useful than the recourse effect.
