Necro stuck in grobb

Hello, I am trying to level up my necro, but when I zone inter Stingers Bog, the game lags to a stand still. It only happens with stingers bog, and it happens when I zone into Stingers Bog, and also when I log into Stingers Bog. And lets say I'm in Stingers Bog and I zone into Grobb, the game still lags, and the only way to fix it is if I log out completely, and restart shards of dalaya and log into grobb. I don't want to sound like a pre-madonna but is there any possible chance that you can move my character to another newbie area like newport? If not, then my character would be stuck in grobb (with a couple of soulbound items on him). Thank you for reading.
 
Oh and really quick, if it matters all my other characters play fine, and I'm running windows XP, 3.4ghz pentium 4, 1 gig of ram, and a gforce 6800gt, and his name is Vaelian

Are you able to make a new character that would have a different starting area (ie dwarf/gnome/high elf) see if those area's are slow too, if its not slow for you, try to take that newly created character to the swamp/grobb
 
What kind of connection do you have? Cable modem? dsl? dial up?

What kind of display setting are you using? 800x600? 1200x? 1700x?

Have you been able to play before? Is this your first character here? When did you first install the game?

I'm thinking your stinger's bog file might be corrupt.

We can move your character if you petition but you might want to make sure the file is good.

Try repatching all and see if that helps.
