Necro starfall pointless?

Early this morning, a druid showed me an Eyes of the Dead, the necro starfall, that he looted off of a named mob in valley of erimal called Eyes of Erimal...

i was just wondering if a mob with less than 400hp is supposed to drop an item that usually requires hours of camping and running?
 
I think the Starfall quests are class restricted. I could be wrong though. All it would take to pull this off is for the Druid to have someone send him a link of the Eyes of the Dead to him then make a link and send the link to you.
 
It looks like I got tricked, oh well...

enzito was the one who spun the tale of the mob that dropped eyes that belong in grobb :)
 
Perhaps the Eyes of Erimal will go over in SoD history the way the "Really Ancient Cyclops" did in ages past!

The RAC was much funnier, though.
