Can anyone help me with a quick question? Do Iksars still get their hp regen while in skeleton/lich form as per the Necromancer spell? Thanks in advance!
Yes they do but not enough to compensate for the HP loss. Natural regeneration was lowered a while ago since you could outregen Lich at a point as an Iksar.
