i cant find sechenth anywhere, is the armory in grobb?

Grobb Necromancer Newbie Quests

I do not play a necro, and I have not done the quest, but from what I read in the above thread, it seem as though that would be the case.

The armory is in Grobb.
When you head away from the necromancer guild just run up to the ways leading upstairs.
There is a building and in front of it is Master Hysath (daytimes) or a venodr (nighttimes)

At daytimes you can enter it and find the NPC in the back to the left
