Necro Mana Recourse (Not Ticking Up)

Didn't know what subforum to post this under, so apologies if this is the wrong one.
Was wondering if it was an oversight or the design element, for the Necro's recourse mana line (from Lich) to not tick up? Would make the Necro, if the mana regen buffer in the group, have to recast Lich every 10 minutes.

Just to piggyback on this because a found stacking issue with Relic: Master of Death Recourse and the SK self buff Soul Shroud.

As it is currently, both of these buffs have Slot 5: See Invisible which makes them unable to stack with each other. If this is how it was planned, that is fine, but I just wanted to let the staff know that this was an issue.

Lich recourse is being worked on, will need a patch. Which might be a follow up
[12:14 PM] -Soulbond and raid targeting will soon work for these buffs. I did the fix last night
