Necro Epic Weapon

Hello All

I am fairly new to the server. I have a level 22 necro, and i want to start the process of going for my Epic weapon.

The problem i have so far is that i can't find the first quest guy to get me started? If anyone can point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.

When you mean you cant find it, you mean you cant an NPC saying when hailed "Oh, hello, looking for the necro epic?" or you cant guess which one is? :D (no offense)
Here's a hint... it's in Paineel.... she's an erudite... has a pet with a black cloak with hood with a skull for a head, and wields a scythe... her name is Antasha B H, nah, it's to obious, Black Heart A, found it? :)


Note: still cant find it? next to Fisrt ruins and warrens :p
