NDHK monk fistwraps

The items i'm referencing are the faction bound versions of:

Azure Fistwraps of Rage
Hand to Hand
14 dmg 19 delay
Effect: Rage of Frost (combat)
Dex: + 15 Agi: + 15
SV cold +20

Crimson Fistwraps of Wrecking
Hand to Hand
14 dmg 19 delay
Effect: Wrecking of the Sun (combat)
Str: +15 Sta: +15
Sv fire +20

Both of these items drop from named mobs in NDHK, and again, are the faction bound versions.

At level 65, monk and bst bare fists are both 13 dmg, 18 delay. Obtaining an item such as Render Fin Gloves (+2 cold damage) Monk starfall +2 fire damage, or the +2 fire dmg gloves from Living Lava (forgot the name,) now makes those fists 13 (+2) / 18, and imo making bare fists + gloves effectivly better than the posted items.

I realize that by using bare fists you do sarifice stats for those slots, and when pulling i'm a big fan of resitss and hp. However, i've never considered using these Fistwraps while pulling as they lack hp, and while the resist are situationally nice, (dam you wiki for not showing me my loot tables) there are better items such as:

Dark Fists of Chilling Ghasts (from Halls of Misery)
Hand to Hand
13 dmg 24 delay
Cold DMG: 5
STR: +8 STA: +6 Dex: +10 AGI: +10 HP: +60
SV All: +10

Hoof of Enragement (Plane of Torment)
1H Blunt
20 dmg 30 delay
AC: +10
STR: +5 STA: +5 HP: +65
SV Cold: +15 SV Magic: +10

WildStrike Bataon (Stormkeep) (NOT faction bound)
1H Blunt
13 dmg 19 delay
Effect: Phantom Strikes (combat)
STR: +10 STA: +10 DEX: +10 AGI: +10 HP +50
SV all: +3

In terms of one handers for pulling, I consider all of these better. And in terms of dps, I see barefists + gloves as better, leaving the fistwraps somewhere in the middle not really filling a useful roll for a monk or bst, which leads me to my request.

First option:

For the faction bound version of the gloves, add 2 fire dmg (for crimson) and 2 cold dmg (for azure) which would make them a better choice for dpsing.

Second option:

Add some hp to both, say 50? making these at least an option for pulling, as the +20 to the reisst with 50 hp would make these nice situational pulling items.

Resists are situationally nice ?

Are you even raiding yet ?

I don't disagree on them having a little bit of HP but saying they are overlooked because '' insert X or Y '' ... meh. They are both nice, and the resists are VERY nice by the way. Moreso for T4.
 
It's 20 to ONE resist, hence the ITEM is situationally nice (reading comprehension fail.)

Also, if these gloves are so 'nice', please inform me as to why. I covered the two main bases by the useable classes, dpsing, and pulling. The 3 other items that are as easily obtained (if not more so) are better overall in the vast majority of situations.

It's pretty simple, 15 str/sta sv fire 20, vrs

STR: +8 STA: +6 Dex: +10 AGI: +10 HP: +60
SV All: +10

Compare and contrast, and l2read.

My main compunction toward boosting these items is that they'll end up too close to Needlefist and so people will complain for that to be boosted and then it'll be too close to something above that and people will complain for that to go up and so on and so on and h2h weapons are already above par across the board as it is.

I might look at adding 1 elemental damage each. Might take a few weeks given the tone of your last post.

Fair enough, I guess I went a litte overboard there.

Thanks for the consideration though, and I do see where you have reason for concern about over buffing them and them triggering a landslide, but hopefully one elemental damage being added won't really incite that argument.

On the subject though, I did not say they were HOLLA NICE !!! But generally 1h and h2g T4 weapons are about what these gloves are, no more no less. Resists on weapon are not to be overlooked. 20 fire and cold is pretty decent for T4.

Realllllllly? You again, bring up a weak argument and fail to provide any evidence to back your point up. I have provided evidence in direct contradiction to what you're saying (read: the 3 weapons I linked.) If you actually have any evidence (which I highly doubt) in the form of say, I don't know, actual comparable items which take the same amount or so of effort to aquire, then please, post it.

P.S. Nor did I say the gloves were "HOLLA NICE !!!" You said they were nice in your first post, I asked you to explain why they are "nice." And again, compare them to the other items posted.
