Name?

I got to part where you make character and A lil bit of screen is cut off at bottom and I cant see where to put name... help . Also I cant see the part to put name which is where it is right? Edit: Ok I think I figured out whats wrong but not how to fix... The the Game screen is too high up for me to see, the part with the name and race choose. How can I move it down?

Also I can't seem to connect to the server often and is there more then one server because I only see one? Edit: now I can see everything its just really tiny... This is really weird syduck:

hit alt-o
click on the display tab
cluck on video modes
select a smaller resolution
