Would be cool if Yziar and Glib had a * version of themselves! Not being able to get the armor i have the pieces for because they're always down is making me sad ;(

you should ask the jerks who always kill them to leave them up for a few weeks, i'd second that movement.

lol that reminds me of when Ruin was pretty fresh and I had to fight off both Ruin and GOTW from Eto so I could do my turn-ins (I had a ton of them). Good times.lotox said:purefyre said:

Im going to say any mob for a turn in should be proxy *'d etheir that or there should be a level 1 immuned creature that spawns in it's place with a timer built into it counting down the time till that quest mob will be up again...ive had ally faction for dragons now i need do my turn in for my ytraz and kill fayth but havn't seen hide nore hair of batty or rose i can understand not makin a proxy of rose cause u gotta kill rose afterwards but batty u don't have to touch. anyways my vote is batty gets a proxy
i already brought up a similar suggestion when this topic was discussed for the first time. i thought i might mention it again, since nobody seemed to take notice:
i personally don't like it, that mobs have invulnerable twins with a *. sure, i like that people have the possibility of doing turn-ins even though the real quest mob is dead, but it's weird having invulnerable twins of those quest mobs. especially when you just killed said raid/quest-mob and at the same moment - POP - there he is again, just with a * this time. i recall lots of za'yth raids where his corpse was still lying on the ground and his invulnerable twin was standing in front of it. that doesn't give players the feeling of having accomplished to kill a mighty dragon lord, not even trash mobs repop that quickly. instead of a stupid invulnerable twin, where people ask "what does * next to a mob's name mean?" all the time, i would suggest the following: i.e., when lord za'yth dies then pop a drake called za'yth's assistant or za'yth's representative (i know these names are a bit stupid, but i'm sure the staff is more creative and can think of better names). that drake should offer the same quest as lord za'yth himself. he must not carry any loot and should be rather low level, but hit quite hard for his level. that way the mob would be totally unrewarding in terms of exp and loot. then people would probably not kill him and even if they did, it's no mighty raid mob - it's a trash mob and people are used to trash mobs repopping pretty quickly. what do you think about that idea?
anyway, back on topic: in my opinion yziar and the grand librarian deserve a *twin or - even better - an assistant.
