One where no heals are needed. Instantly heal tofull after. Maybe having gimmicks where fd pulling is required, or rogue utility. Maybe allow no casting inside.

Uhm...

In Nadox (since you brought it up) downtime between pulls is basically nonexistant, so instantly healing to full after each pull wouldn't change a thing.

Traps are omnispresent there allready, so ROG utility, though by far not required, makes the crawl in there so much easier. REQUIREING <insert specific class here>-utility for an entire zone is a terrible idea though - limiting things you can do because ONE SPECIFIC CLASS isn't there just sux.

Making a zone that does not allow casting at all (and that isn't meant just for transportation, I know about MoP...) is just a punch in the face of, you guessed it, casters. Sounds like a really amazing place to go to as a WIZ ENC, a zone where you can do exactly NOTHING AT ALL!

Also an additional nice big fuck you for NECs and SHDs, you just killed the recently suggested idea of gimmick FD pulls for them, cause their FD is from spells but no casting allowed. (Whoops!)

I can also see healers and hybrids being entirely thrilled over being cut off from most of their abilitys - place going to be really crowded!

tl;dr

Terrible idea, not thought out in the slightest, tailored for like 3 classes in the game.
