Uh, and your point? The wiki is user run. If you see a problem, fix it. Posting here about errors in the wiki is not the right approach. ;)

In game the item also says instant cast but when i use it, the cast seems to take about 2 seconds.

i was just linking the wiki to people could see what item was talking about and i was being lazy not taking a SS. Sorry the original post wasn't very clear

I still use this, have for months, and it's always had a cast time. Thats rather odd yours is showing up wrong. Perhaps your spells_us file is out of date. Its supposed to have a cast time.
 
Just did the re-patch all with the patcher but it's still showing up as instant. Is there something else i should try?

edit: i linked in guild chat and asked a few friends and they (5 people) saw it as instant also
