My STA is being calculated incorrectly. Ongoing problem

My STA is being calculated incorrectly. This has been an ongoing problem. The problem occurs when I make any changes to my STA via Augs or AA's.
This is currently the 3rd time it has happened. When I add a STA Aug's to my gear or buy STA points with AA's my STA total drops. I have added the totals of each item, augs, AA and base and should have a 235 STA which Fomelo also verifies. My current STA when I hit Inventory is at 200. I have changed UI's to make sure that was not the problem and it did not fix it. I have subbmitted a /bug report on it but have not seen a response yet in about 2 days.

Any help would be great.

What UIs exactly did you use? Did you try /load standard 1?
Also, what happened to your Hitpoints? Did they go up, down, weren't affected at all?
 
Tried the standard UI and the recommended Melee UI from Wiki. Yes, My HP total does drop when the STA drops. Update also. It's hard to say if Admins are working on my problem since no one has contacted me. It seems now that it also changes with zoning or logging.
It may even just be changing during normal play. All I am certain is that I logged on yesterday and it was at 235 like it should be. I thought great the Admins fixed it. Then later on when checking inventory I noticed it dropped back down to 200 again.

I really need this problem to get looked at as it is ongoing.
