...my SOD problem./..

i have installed, patch and have played EQ SoD...but the problem is that toons in the game are kinda hopping up and down...also while playing, the screen frequently blinks like that when you refresh your desktop...what seems to be wrong with it?
 
specs

im not really sure what my specs are but this is what comes up when you click my computer properties...

Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2160 @ 1.80Ghz
2 GB of ram.
videocard is NVIDIA GeForce 7300GT...

those are what i think i have on my computer...

P.S. sometimes i can see mobs running so fast then abruptly stops then run again...its hitting fast forward then stop then fast forward again and so on and so on...
 
lol, i have reinstalled the game because i thought i could solve the problem through reinstallation...as it turns out...Kyeld's advice was the answer...thanks man...
