My main quest is bugged

Hello My main quest is bugged After I speak to the Krag the gnoll and the centaur, I am not able to go further in the main quest the NPC doesn't recognize I did what he asked

After you spoke to each npc (gnoll priestess, named bird and named centaur), did you get a text saying you learned about the corruption? And which npc are you talking to after?
 
Actually when a go back to hail Taroceth the Decaying he ask me to go learn about the corruption just like the first time

Is there a way A gm can help me with this ?
