My ; is acting in error

Pressing the ; key opens up my text line with ; as the first character, much like default / does. I can't find any command bound to ;, and under the keyboard tab of the options window binding any other command to ; doesn't make it turn red.

I asked about this in game and only one other person seemed to have this problem, other people were able to use the ; key without error.

Actually, the ; key opening the text line seems to be default behavior from what I can see. On the newer clients I seem to remember there's a way to turn this off, but I don't see any way to turn it off on the SoD client.
