My druid's heals

Hey wasn't to sure where to post this but this seems close enough. I'm not sure if anybody else is experiencing this but since last night my heals are doing far less than they should be. My druid has all the healing aas, healing inc 6, and 3% tome mod but my big heal is only doing 3500 and quick 1770. Before last night it was ~3900 relic sihala's empathy and just a shade under 2k ancient nature's soothing.

It was day time, not a sod holiday, no debuff, no switched out gear, repatched, rebooted ect ect. I logged on an equivalent druid who has 1% less tome but HI7 and his heals are normal, by normal I mean 3900 big and 1970 quick. I figured it might have been a buggy client somehow, but I totally think my toon is funky.

Any thoughts?
 
day time or night?

sometimes HI seems to freak out. Same with DI. I would be in HHK then all of a sudden be nuking for 300 more dmg without a change to season, time or anything else.

I didn't notice any healing change on Nabal last night. What zone were you in when this happened? Prehaps it was a zoen problem/
 
I noticed it first in Torment last night. Did the same in WPL afterwards and even this morning Athica/Rust/SWT
 
heals changed during the time of day. During daytime heals are bigger because of the light and during the night are weaker cuz of the dark. I beleive necros have bigger dots during the night than the day.
 
It definitely went beyond night and daytime heals. I was healing for nighttime numbers at 2pm when I checked last. However, I haven't checked since Cilu said it was functioning again so here's hoping!

I knew all this. And I said it was daytime when this all happened.

Rust seems to do that a lot. Even during the day my heals heal for as much as they would at night.

It was daylight. Zorc's been playing for 1.5 years now, he knows well enough that night =/= day as far as heals go, and if said he already looked that part up.
 
Planar zones are not affected by day and night, so your heals always heal for the 'night' amount.
