Multiple Forum accounts on one e-mail

So, I have more than one forum account on one e-mail address, as indicated in the title. When the PW database got corrupted I requested a reset e-mail but it sent me the information for one of the accounts that I don't use, instead of for the one I actually use.

So, how can I get my forum account back?

It sends reset requests for all accounts on that email. So if you didnt get it, you typed in the wrong email associated with the accounts.

I've tried both e-mails, the one that the account was originally made on and the one that I later changed it to, neither produced the correct reset e-mail, only two alternates.

edit: tried it again, same result.

So, seeing as the automatic methods have failed, would it be possible for me to contact someone on the staff to confirm that the forum account in question is in fact mine? And then the problem could be fixed manually?

'Cause, you know, it's been more than a week?
