Apologies if this is addressed elsewhere. I have searched for an hour. =(

Any fix for this?

The procedure entry point _AIL_set_digital_ma ster_room_type@8 could not be located in the dynamic link library mss32.dll.

Answer:
This issue can be resolved by deleting the following files located in the the Game folder:

mss32.dll, mssa3d2.m3d, mssa3d.m3d, mssb16.tsk, mssdolby.m3d, mssds3dh.m3d, mssds3ds.m3d, mssdx7sh.m3d, mssdx7sl.m3d, mssdx7sn.m3d, msseax2.m3d, msseax.m3d, mssfast.m3d, and mssrsx.m3d.

The default locations for this folder is C:\Program Files\the Company\the Game Trilogy\ or C:\Program Files\the Game.

My bet would be it's the same thing, despite of it not being EXACTLY the same string...
