Alright so:

I've done the MQ before, including the coi part of it twice....I was running it for a third time with my paladin (salarus) did all teh hand ins, maxed heartland coi faction...quadruple checked that, and it won't prompt the option to request a meeting with the great dryad so i'm a bit stuck. maybe I did the hand ins too early? i'm not quite sure, but any help would be greatly appriciated

again, char name is salarus
 
I have done all those, I have odne them all before on other chars...i have the second CoI badge, yet no talky about the dryad :(
