I two box/DC (ozz twins) I did all of the MQ up to the part where william wants me to go around and get everyones story, well i did that went back to him got exp and he then told me to head to the loremaster in sea of swords and speak with her well when i go there she will not respond or anything even with all of the quest items i have on body just not sure!!
