MQ part heartland problem

the problem is this. i can not join any of the factions because i am KoS to the blackscale (long storie) and therefore can not complete the dryad's request to find out more info about the three factions.

i have tryed to just join the council and the silver crown but i keep on gettig this.

"i want to join the silver crown trading coalition, but i have an errand to run that i need to finish first..."

i didn't even get the option of saying "yes it does" so i can join the faction... or attempt to (perhaps this was lag as the server was acting up)

am i missing something or am i screwed?

well i guess i'm a fool. the problem was i hailed the dryad after i told her i couldn't do her quest..

apparently that resets it.
