Hi Guys,
EXACT NAME OF QUEST NPC: Galvin, of the council of innovation in Heartland Robot Caves
WHAT STAGE OF THE QUEST YOU ARE ON: MQ part where must work up faction with your chosen "faction"
WHAT THE QUEST NPC SAYS WHEN HAILED: Take this.....and speak with King Nazilak
EXACT NAMES OF ITEMS/NPCS INVOLVED IN THE ERROR: Goblin Disguise Device
YOUR OWN SPECULATION TO THE PROBLEM (if any): Very early in the game I choose my faction to be Council of Innovations, and begun doing the quest from the council members in the heartlands. I used all the charges on my device, and I tried to hand it back in so that it could be recharged, however, that did not work. So I destroyed the device to see if Galvin would just give me another, and that did not work. Then I petitioned, and was told to make a thread. I checked the wiki out and found:
IMPORTANT: The Goblin Disguise Device has 10 charges on it when you are given it, but is *not* rechargable. If you use up all of the charges before speaking to King Nazilak, you will render this quest, and thus also the Main Quest, incompletable.
Where does this leave me? Just wondering my stupidity is correctable.
