MQ broken?

Hi, im on part 4 of the MQ, I am at the part where i had to choose a faction and i choose SC, upon completing the faction quest to get promoted to a soldier, the next step is to talk to the same guy and he is supposed to give me dialoge to meet with the great dryad and he does not.
 
You can join a faction completely independent of the main quest. The fact that you have been able to join the Silver Crown doesn't mean that you have completed the main quest up to this point. You should speak to the main quest NPCs related to this section of the quest to make sure you haven't missed a dialog or two.
 
Tesia tells you to speak to all 3 factions and report back to her about their intentions. Did you get the flag for each of the 3 and then go back to Tesia and speak to her? She should then tell you to speak to her sister Hannia who says perhaps one of the factions can arrange a meeting with her mother. At that point you have to join one and get up to the 2nd rank (Soldier in SC) and you should get the option from the Trader there to meet with her. She will spawn there next to you in that same room. Are you positive you did the steps with Tesia and Hannia before joining the faction? Maybe go back to those 2 and speak to them again and make sure you triggered the next step. Then try the Trader in SC again.

No. Just NO!
 
You do have to learn about the lack of corruption of the heartlands though, which you have to ask one of the factions about.
 
Same issue with lack of corruption dialogue

I am having the same issue as the original poster. I spoke to all factions, talked to Tesia, and quested to soldier status with Silver Crown. I have spoken with each NPC again and no one in heartlands provides the "lack of corruption" dialogue prompt required at this point. Just curious if there is a way to trigger the dialogue as it won't queue up.
