Great job, all I can see thats missing is Prison of (something). Its off of Everfrost, lvl 65+.

Awesome ! finally we got a very good view of Dalaya. It should replace the original one, though it was very useful also, but this one seems better imho.
I would just mention a few details as feedback :
-prison was already mentioned missing FIXED
-why have you chosen a 16/9 screen ratio ? you would have more space with a 4/3 ...but it's not a problem since everything fits
-Does Faentharc communicate with Everfrost ? or should it rather be linked to Bancak ? SOLVED Bancak doesn't link with Faentharc anymore
-Is Stormwell the true name of Stormkeep ? FIXED it's Stormkeep
-the Taldor translocator is in twilight sea FIXED
-Goblin skull mountains is connected to Gfay, and not Lfay ; moreover Steamfont is connected to Lfay , not Gfay FIXED
-it may be a little difficult to add , but Black Scale dark portalists are not listed (Translocator network between Kaladim, Newport sewers and Grobb)

There may be more but after a quick view it is all I noticed, but they're all minor details. Very good job !

You swim under the frozen river and swim to the left side. Might need enduring breathe but i am pretty sure you can make if you know what you are doing.

Left is relative though. Is it north, south, east, or west? Might be easier to understand directions.
