More exciting ideas from the G-man

I thought it would be interesting if when you were drunk, your speech was garbled or slurred, very easy to code. Also you could have possible randomness happen as you got drunker, like casting the wrong spell or moving the wrong direction....

Would like to see more of the languages in use, I have common 100 as a wood elf...I know all the races are together for the fight, but would still be cool to have my ancestral tongue.
