Monk weight limit?

I was an avid EQ player back when it was new, im currently installing eq titanium and would like to start a monk on SoD. my intent is to start a monk, but i was wondering...is the original eq monk weight limit (>17WT, or u start to lose AC) in effect on this server??

weight limit actually caps at 19.5
