Monk Styles: Etherealness and Transcendance

This post is for two monk styles.

Etherealness (aka Shadow Walk)
This first one is easy to fix or verify and maybe I should have buglisted it. However, I wasn't sure if it's working as intended or not so I've posted it here in the hopes of Designer verification.

Shadow Walk
Pre-Reqs: Level 60
Stamina Usage: Extreme (Passive)
Effect: The monk becomes faded around the edges, turning and dissapearing as a foe strikes, causing them to hit but air. Whenever a foe strikes the monk or casts a spell on him, the monk shadow steps, avoiding the blow or spell and appearing nearby, until the monk runs out of stamina, at which point he is reduced to an exhausted state.
I've found that I'm unable to attack while in this style. Is this as intended? Also, when I FD and get hit by a spell the style allows me to avoid it completely yet it still breaks my FD.

Trancendance
For those of you who dont' know, this is what the level 65 monk style does.

Walk of the Transcendant
Pre-Reqs: Level 65
Stamina Usage: High (Active)
Effect: The monk seems to move at a blur, blows passing by him as though in slow motion, while his weapons easily find their mark. Considerably increases the monk's avoidance and chance to hit.

Every style has a time and place, some are more useful than others. I consider my monk to be very versatile and have found a use for every single style except this one. Defensive seems to allow me to tank better, and I'm not finding the added dps that worth the trade off in defensive skill. No, I don't have a parser and cannot give you exact number. I have tried it countless times and this is merely my personal experiences with it. Simply put, for tanking I use defensive; for dps I have many more choices. Is this style broken, or am I simply not seeing the light. Are there any monks out there that find this style useful? I know that some level 65 styles aren't the best for other classes either, but they at least have some usefullness in fun factor or certain situations. I guess I'm trying to say that it was a bit of a letdown to recieve a style that I never use at 65.

P.S. Could a developer please reply to my post on the cleric Turn Undead AA.

Shadow Walk was changed into ethereal. You're not supposed to attack with it.

Walk gives you better defense than defensive, PLUS a considerable portion of offense. Quite simply put, it makes you into a tanking and DPS machine for a while.

Well i dont know if etheralness is working as intended, but with around 150 stam, its lasting like 6 seconds tops ...
Also, the riposte style really seems bugged, since even when fighting one single mob, i get hit all the time, not riposting anything :-/

I believe he's referring to the Dance of Death style.

Dance of Death
Pre-Reqs: Level 50, Two-Handed Weapon equipped. Weapon max delay of 40.
Stamina Usage: Very High (Active)
Effect: The monk positions his weapon offensively, neglecting his own defense to strike at foes as they open themselves by attacking him. Completely removes the monk's ability to avoid hits. Instead, he gains the ability to return strike once with his weapon against enemies that attack him.

I believe you're supposed to be easily hit with this style, but will retal every hit made on you. Useful for farming I guess. :?

Yes that's the style i was refering to.
Now maybe i got it wrong, but then if you dont riposte all attacks, what is this style done for ?

i do

when I use Dance of Death... to my best knowledge I always return a hit each and every time they HIT ME. Now my return hit might miss... but I do swing back each and every time. and yes my defense/avoidance is horrible in the style.
