I need some help on the sickly cyclops. Anyone know his respawn timer? ive been killing everything where he spawns for going on 3 hours and no respawn.

however shortly after this post he spawnd for me. Did my turn in and now i have my headband.
No does he respawn at 6am? or is he indeed on a 3 hour cycle?
Im happy either way because I grouped with some cool people and got a whole lvl at the Gnolls waiting.
