Monk Stance Effects

I've been wondering about some of the numbers for the various monk stances and figured I'd ask if anyone else knows before I spend hours parsing. I haven't been able to find any info searching the forums. These ones are known:

Offensive: 10% increased attack speed, 10% reduced avoidance
Defensive: 10% reduced attack speed, 10% increased avoidance

These ones I'm curious about:

(7) Flurry of Blows: Increased attack speed, decreased accuracy
(12) Dance of Death: Increased riposte chance, decreased avoidance
(15) Walk of the Transcendent: Increased accuracy and avoidance

Does anyone know exactly how much speed/accuracy/riposte/etc these stances give?

I thought aggressive/defensive were 5% not 10% changes.
