Monk Overweight Msg Request

Not a huge deal, but I was wondering if there was anyway to add a command to turn the overweight message off. Sometimes when I'm just underweight, I'll be spammed with the message saying that I'm overweight (Not only when my weight changes, just periodically, even though I'm not.)

Also, if any other monk has this problem and knows of a way to prevent this it would be greatly appreciated. It's getting pretty annoying having my text box full of the spam whenever I'm using my 2hander.
 
I used to get spammed on Zhak, there must be some kind of a problem with how often it gives you the message, I think when you equip the item to put you overweight and any time you zone would be enough of a reminder.
 
Hmm yea I just added up my items and I should be exactly on 20, but the client shows 19. It only seems to spam when I'm exactly on 20, and also never shows 20 when I'm right on the dot.
