missing Seeker rune

After some time away from MQ I decided to resume it. The problem is that I'm trying to go back to Erimal and I can't locate my seeker rune. Is there anyway to get this back? I tried talking to Tess and she didn't have any help in getting me a new one. Help pls as I can't get back in to Erimal now. Thanks!
 
I'm also missing the seeker rune, i think it gave me an extra stack of Christmas ham, replacing the seeker rune when moving items in my inventory. Is there any way i can get it back?
