Missing Necro Spells: intended or no?

The following Necromancer spells are missing, just wondering if this is intended or an oversight:

Level 54
Shield of the Magi (self buff AC/HP/MR)

Level 55
Infusion (gain 1000 mana for an essence emerald, since Sacrifice isn't in WR, maybe this could be changed to another expensive gem, like how rubies are used for necro res)
Skin of Shadows (zoom vision, UV and invis)

Level 56
Cessation of Cor (disease debuff DoT)
Crippling Claudication (group ATK tap, our other group tap spells are in-game, why not this one?)
Demi Lich (hp->mana)

SotM: Sold in Erimal AFAIK
Infusion, not in on purpose since we don't use Sacrifice.
Skin of Shadows, not a pre-Luclin spell
Cessation: Not in, buglist it.
CC: Luclin spell, therefore not in
Demi Lich: Also not in, buglist it.

I can't find Shield of the Magi in Erimal, though other people have told me they bought it there (I checked all class vendors), so I buglisted it. I will also buglist Cessation and Demi-Lich.

I'm confused on the "no Luclin spell" comments though. I can only speak to necro spells, but there are several Luclin necro spells in WR. For example: "Succussion of Shadows - L54" and "Degeneration - L52" are both Luclin spells (necro group taps) and they are both in-game. There are however no LoY or LDoN spells I've seen.

Harmshield

Should have mentioned this in my other post, but Harmshield is indeed in-game. Bought it in Thurg. As is the upgrade to Harmshield, Quivering Veil of Xarn (bought in Erimal).

I think Melwin meant that any spells from an era beyond Luclin aren't supported, so no PoP or LoY spells, etc.

Well he said "CC: Luclin spell, therefore not in", which seems pretty clear to me.

And regardless, there ARE PoP spells in WR, at least for the Necromancer. The "Acid Blast" series of spells are in WR and they are from PoP. There is another PoP <61 spell that is not in WR however.

So it seems that some Luclin spells are in WR, others aren't. Some PoP spells are in WR, others aren't. I haven't seen any LDoN or LoY spells though.

I realize WR is not live (which is why I like it!), I'm just trying to figure out if certain spells are purposely not in WR, or if they're just oversights which can be corrected.

I got my shield of the magi spell off enchanter merchant in ermil. He is the high elf by the table. Check there if you still haven't found it

The policy used to be no spells that came after Velious. If that's changed now, Wiz never informed me and my bet is as good as yours.
