Missing Hide & Bind Wound buttons

I quickly deleted my HIDE and BIND WOUND hot buttons to make room for some spells, thinking it would be easy to find them somewhere else and put them back later. Well it doesn\\\\\\\'t seem to be the case.
I have no idea how to get these buttons back now and would be ever so grateful for any assistance.

ALT + A (or maybe CTRL+A can't recall) brings up abilities window.

Then right-click in one of the boxes (numbered 1-6) and choose bind wound and do another for the other skill. Then left-click and hold on one of the buttons to make the icon pop to your cursor and then drop it wherever you need.
