Missing frozenshadow_obj.s3d

I tried to zone into Dreadfang Spire today to get the last part for my Beastlord's Thurgadin quest, but I got an error that said I was missing the "frozenshadow_obj.s3d" file. I looked for the file and found that while I have 5 other frozen shadow files, the one listed above is not one of them. After searching a bit on the Internet, it seems that this is a common problem with Everquest:Underfoot. So right now both of my characters are stuck in Dreadfang Spire, and even if they get out, I cannot finish the quest. Does anyone have any suggestions for what I might do?

I upped my files for you. You can give it a shot. I run windows 7 ultimate 32bit and my file locations are below.
The one file I found here: C:\Program Files\Sony - Dalaya\EverQuest
The other file I found here: C:\Users\Public\Sony Online Entertainment\Installed Games\EverQuest Mac\Contents\Resources
