Missing EQMAIN.DLL / eqgame.exe error

All right tech support, im sorry for bugging you again, but we got issues.

Finally resolved the graphics card problem, but now its saying that its missing EQMAIN.DLL

Yes, I deleted / rebooted, but when running the Game live patcher, its telling me that I need a ACTIVE account to download the patchs.

Any idea's as how to get around this and get my precious SoD back up??

Well, now I have a working EQMAIN.dll, but its comming up with eqgame.exe has incountered a error and needs to close.
 
On my friends computer he had all the EQ files needed to run SoD. I slapped them on to a flash drive, and put them onto my hard drive. Then downloaded sod, .net, winzip, and ran the sod patcher with the correct link to EQ files.

He had the expansions needed, that is correct
 
Hmm.... it sounds like you are getting the error because of the way you installed the files. Have you tried repatching SoD (run the patcher click "advanced" > "repatch all")? The eqgame.exe error is pretty common, and sometimes running the patcher a few times will fix it.

If that doesn't work, instead of using a flash drive to download/upload the files, can you borrow your friend's discs to install from (or you might want to consider shelling out the $10 to purchase the Titanium expansion, or obtain access to an active live account)?
 
After repeated deleteing / re downloading the needed files, I can offically say that this is a problem...

I guess I have to go buy THAT too.
